The "before" picture.
Cops told us late last month that they were looking for 19-year-old Burnie Reed, who they believe was arguing with his pregnant ex-girlfriend in the street, then shot the woman's sister in the head when she tried to step in. Police say Reed then chased down his ex, shot her in the head and fled the scene. The girlfriend survived; the 21-year-old sister didn't.

They caught him late last night -- with what looks like a ridiculous left hook. A previous mugshot of Reed is to the right; check the jump for a picture of what he looked like after he "became combative" when police found him, according to a press release, "concealing himself under a massive pile of clothing and furniture."

Getting arrested in the middle of the night for a triple murder typically makes people look grumpy.
Father's Day isn't until June, but a strong candidate for father of the year has emerged in 20-year-old Lineten Belizaire, whom police arrested early Sunday in connection with last week's triple homicide in Lauderdale Lakes.

Police say Belizaire shot and killed 21-year-old Octavia Barnett, 25-year-old Natasha Plummer, and Plummer's 6-month-old son last weekend but didn't harm an 11-month-old child that he fathered with Barnett. What a fella.

Broward Sheriff's Office
Burnie Reed, who allegedly shot two women, including his pregnant ex-girlfriend, in the head.
The Fort Lauderdale Police Department is currently searching for 19-year-old Burnie Reed, who the cops say shot both his pregnant ex-girlfriend and her older sister in the head Saturday night.

Chutney McNair, who's pregnant with Reed's child, has since been released from the hospital, but her older sister, Bianca McNair, died at the Broward General Medical Center, according to Fort Lauderdale Police Detective Travis Mandell.

Mandell says police believe Reed was fighting with his ex-girlfriend in the street -- in the 1100 block of NW 11th Street -- around 11 p.m. Saturday when 21-year-old Bianca McNair attempted to intervene.
