so, obviously this group for the most part, are not mentally ok, witch is why police will target them, the real criminals are in the miami and miami beach police department, a city with government too busy corrupted to do anything about their homeless, and mentally ill.


The dude you call an alien (second pic) is almost definitely the guy with no arms that draws with his feet on Lincoln Road. Who knows what the charge was, but I imagine it's a permitting issue, which deserves this sort of reaction. Guy's a legend.


@nathanielsandler agree, leave it to miami beach police, to go harass gays walking on Michigan ave, just because, some use it to cruise, whether you guilty or not, 11th and Collins, tattoo parlor sells more cocaine then art, 11th and Washington, wonder why they get away with it, prostitution and people selling drugs, at front of the police department; then they harass this guy, an artist with arms, that tries hard to make a living, they have no shame
