Marco Rubio to Be Keynote Speaker at Anti-Gay Florida Family Policy Council Dinner

Fresh off Marco Rubio's refusal to back the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, a bill that would prevent employers from discriminating against gay and lesbians, comes the news that Rubes is all set to give the key note speech an the annual Florida Family Policy Council dinner.

The Florida Family Policy Council is one of the biggest anti-gay groups in America. So, we suppose it's the perfect marriage.

The FFPC is headed by John Stemberger, the man best known for trying to keep the Boy Scouts from allowing openly gay members.

The group also offers help in case you want to pray the gay away on their website.

In addition to not wanting the Boy Scouts to be filled with The Gays because it would lead to a rampant string of sexual abuse in the group, Stemberger has also said that being gay is an "artificial, social construct."

He's also said that the only reason people are gay is because it's hip.

For his part, Rubio says he's anti-gay marriage, but in no way is he a bigot.

"Just because I believe that states should have the right to define marriage in the traditional way does not make me a bigot," Rubio proclaimed at a speech he gave at CPAC back in March.

He also blocked Judge William Thomas' nomination to the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida, preventing him from becoming the first openly gay black judge.

And he was super grumpy when the Supreme Court handed down their ruling on DOMA.

So, his speaking at the annual FFPC dinner is no big shocker.

Rubio hates The Gays. Well, he doesn't hate them so much as he doesn't want them getting married to each other, or being able to fight off workplace discrimination, and pretty much getting any other right non-gays get across the board.

Only unethical hacks masquerading as journalists would call "anti-gay," people that are happy, joyful, and fun-loving. Philosophically disagreeing with biological aberrant, morally deviant sexual behavior, or aberrosexualism, does not make anyone "anti" anything, any more than liking to stick things up your butt make anyone "anti-Christian." Stop the hate. Cut the crap. Get real!

There should really be some kind of law against disagreeing with Obama's policies.
