Florida Man Threatens to Set Woman on Fire at Gas Station Because She Wouldn't Move Her Car
The man had asked the woman to move her car, so he could exit the Shell gas station on Tavilla Circle. One thing led to another, and the two began to have a verbal spat.
That's when the man sprayed the woman's leg with gasoline, walked to his trunk, took out a blowtorch, and told the woman he was going to set her on fire.
Brian Kelly, 49, had gotten into the verbal spat with an unidentified woman.
According to police, the argument got heated and the two began calling out racial slurs at each other.
That's when Kelly allegedly sprayed the woman in the leg with gasoline and then went and grabbed his blowtorch. Because, who doesn't carry their blowtorch around for such occasions?
Kelly threatened to set the woman on fire. Luckily, deputies arrived and were able to take control of the situation and calm everyone down.
When cops arrived, they saw Kelly standing by his truck with a blowtorch in hand, ready to turn a human being into a smoldering lump of charred flesh because she didn't move her car fast enough for him, so he could go home and watch Duck Dynasty or whatever.
Kelly was arrested and charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault.
Bond was set at $350,000.
