Casey Anthony to Answer Questions About Caylee While Under Oath

Casey Anthony will finally have to answer questions about the disappearance of slain daughter Caylee, and she won't be allowed to plead the Fifth either.

This, according to attorney Matt Morgan, who is representing Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, who is suing Anthony for having her reputation ruined.

Fernandez-Gonzalez is claiming that at the time of the investigation of Caylee's disappearance, Anthony told authorities that the last time she saw her daughter was when she left her with Fernandez-Gonzalez at her apartment.

"Casey Anthony will not be permitted to plead the Fifth as her appeals have now been resolved," said Morgan. "We look forward to getting answers to the questions we have had for a very long time."

This will mark the first time Casey Anthony has had to answer any questions about Caylee since she was found not guilty of her death in 2011.

Morgan is confident that nothing will keep her from answering questions when she is put under oath at a deposition scheduled for next month.

Anthony had recently filed for bankruptcy, but Morgan had said that this was a ploy by her to put off the civil suit case filed by Fernandez-Gonzalez.

But Anthony's attorneys say she had filed for bankruptcy because she was having trouble paying off her legal fees.

The deposition, which is solely connected to the civil suit, is scheduled for October 9 in Tampa.

Do these attorneys really think she is going to admit to killing her daughter? Come on, she's going to lie under oath like she did the first time.
