Woman Arrested for Kicking People in the Genitals, Punching Cop

Katina Collins was walking around kicking people in the balls on Tuesday, allegedly.
And since randomly kicking people in the crotch is generally frowned upon, cops were called in to investigate and put a stop to all the ball-kicking.
According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, a deputy responded to a call about 2:45 p.m. Tuesday of a "female in the street kicking people in the genitals and running around."
The officer drove to the location of the incident at the 5600 block of Sixth Street Court East and confronted Collins, who matched the description of the woman from the call.
When confronted by the cop, Collins allegedly walked away. The officer followed her on foot.
That's when Collins suddenly stopped, swing around, and punched the deputy, knocking his sunglasses off, according to the Sheriff's Office.
The unfazed deputy grabbed Collins and got her to the ground. But she wasn't finished fighting and allegedly tried to scratch the officer while he handcuffed her.
Collins was arrested and charged with battery on an officer -- which is worse than kicking a non-police officer in the nuts for no reason. She was being held at the Manatee County jail on a $1,500 bond.
According to records, Collins had just been booked days earlier for battery on an officer, firefighter, or emergency medical technician.
