Marco Rubio to Talk About That Bombshell Obama Tape From 1998 That No One Cares About

The GOP is in full AH CRAP THE CAMPAIGN IS ON FIRE! FIX IT! FIX! OHHH THE HUMANITY!! mode and is sending in their golden boy to right the ship.

No, not that golden boy.

This one!

Your very own Sen. Marco Rubio is heading a conference call today at 4 p.m. to talk about that video of then-state-Sen. Barack Obama that recently surfaced where he talks about redistribution and something something something NAZICOMMUNIST!

It's all part of the Republican plan to shift attention off of Mitt Romney pointing at poor people and sneering at their poorness and get people to notice a bland video of Obama that was made 14 years ago.

And an excellent plan it is!

In the video, Obama speaks of being a believer of redistribution of wealth via the government and makes this startling statement!!!:

"I think the trick is figuring out how do we structure government systems that pool resources and hence facilitate some redistribution because I actually believe in redistribution -- at least a certain level -- to make sure that everybody's got a shot."

You see, America??? This Trotsky wannabe is unfit to lead you because he believes in a system that helps people who are down on their luck and need a boost from a place they otherwise wouldn't be able to get.

"To. Make. Sure. Everybody's. Got. A. Shot."

Pure evil, that guy.

So devious.

So heinous.

Along with the conference call, the GOPers are also releasing an ad to highlight Sen. ~~Palpatine~~ Obama's comments:

As we pointed out earlier, and as you can deduce for yourself, Obama really doesn't say anything all that radical in the video. In fact, he sounds sort of moderate-y. Reagan-like, even.

Also, we're not sure what Romney's peeps hope to gain from the new ad and conference call other than to remind people who think Obama is a commie anyway that he's unfit for office.

Not sure this will sway the "47 percent" Romney took a golden shit on. But you have to give them credit for trying and turning on the RUBIO SIGNAL to help save the day.

Who gives a two craps what year the tape is from its confirms he is a socialist!.. The country has no jobs, $4.00 gas, middle east uprising, downgraded three times durning BHO term to AA- because he spends money without concern and with NO END IN SIGHT and he has NO PLAN but to go on Letterman. Whats that smell? Oh yes, the right wing desperation. They keep throwing their..waste..at the wall, but nothing is sticking. Meanwhile their own corporate raider candidate keeps sticking both feet and probably other peoples feet, into his mouth.

@moonstone If the current administration had anything to do with it, I would blame them. But the problem is this administration pulled the economy out of the tail spin republicans put it into, AND without any help from the republicans. Thats plenty of logic and reasoning right there.

The Romney campaign is so incompetent that they have to go back to 1998 to find a video of Obama saying "he likes redistribution" of wealth to portray him as left, when you have the damn video from 2008 of him saying he wants to "spread the wealth." Jeez. Of course, in 1998, Romney was pro-choice and in favor of the underlying policies that would eventually become RomneyCare and then ObamaCare, but whatever.
