On Wednesday, First Lady Michelle Obama will visit Fort Lauderdale to rile up the masses and push the campaign's newly minted "It Takes One" voter registration strategy.

She's slated to speak at the War Memorial Museum on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. It's a free event, but you'll need to get tickets from Organizing for America.

The visit comes days before chaos ensues in Tampa, when the Republican National Convention gets underway.

With Florida being a key battleground, albeit one plagued with voter registration issues, the First Lady on Wednesday is expected to play up the grassroots mentality that was so crucial in President Obama's first run through the campaign trail.

In anticipation of the event, Organizing for America on Monday hosted a sign making party to ensure slogans abound.

Those interested in seeing the First Lady speak should reach out to the Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and Lauderhill offices of Organizing for America.
