Heat Versus Thunder for NBA Finals: Let the Oklahoma City Trash Talk Begin

Anyone with a passing interest in sports is about to be inundated with talk of King James versus Prince Durant, Oklahoma City versus Miami, a wholesome young crop of basketball players versus the most hated/worshiped trio in the NBA. Sports rivalries are fun, especially the kind that are gratuitously hyped to increase Nielsen ratings.

So while it's still early, before the Miami Heat face the Oklahoma City Thunder in the first game of the NBA finals tomorrow, we've compiled a highly unscientific list of reasons Miami is clearly superior in every way.*

Miami: Face-eating zombie

I would never, under any circumstances, make fun of a deadly bombing. I was comparing two famous criminals associated with two different cities. If Ted Kaczynski was from your town, I would have mentioned him instead. I meant no offense to the victims of McVeigh's heinous crime.

And I agree with Dusty D Jones, I highly doubt you'd use the terrorists in 9/11 as a comparison, why should Timothy McVeigh be any different?! The people who were hurt and killed that day were family members of OKC residents. Someone who caused that much harm shouldn't be used as a comparison so you can talk Miami up! Fail.

Heinous crime? It's called a terrorist act against our own American citizens. Nice excuse, you and your editor should be stripped of your jobs. Would you have made the same comment about 9/11 if NY was in finals?! Doubt it. I hope you continue to be scruitinized for your ignorance.
