George Zimmerman has 48 hours to turn himself in to authorities after his bond was revoked at a hearing this afternoon in which prosecutors accused both Zimmerman and his wife of lying to the court about the $200,000 in donations they collected from a personal website in the days leading up to the initial hearings.

"Defendant has intentionally deceived the court with the assistance of his wife," the motion says, per the Orlando Sentinel. "During the jail phone calls both of them spoke in code to hide what they were doing."

"This court was led to believe that they didn't have a single penny," said prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda said this afternoon. "[Zimmerman's wife] flat-out lied to this court."

Arrest his wife too. They were discussing the money while he was in jail and they were too dumb to know that the "code" they were speaking in was easily deciphered. His credibility is shot.

As far as you know, Jenny, Zimmie may have thought it was dollar amounts, not in the thousands, that they were discussing.

Remember, it is innocent until proven guilty in this country.

This guy is an absolute moron. Who knows actually what went on that sad night when a young man lost his life but his decision making and judgement have been flawed ever since.

once again, judgement made on rumors and media leaks.

a week prior to his arraignment he was broke. a lot of  people donated money, and he may or may not have known how much.

also, when someone donates money, they often don't follow through on payment.

- ask the Haiti about the earthquake fund....

PLEASE SIGN AND SHARE THIS PETITION TO HAVE CASEY ANTHONY TRIED IN FEDERAL COURT. CREATED 4/14/12.

Double jeopardy is subject to the dual sovereignty doctrine. This doctrine states that a person can be tried for the same crime twice if he or she is being tried by more than one distinct, sovereign government. This means that a person could be tried by the federal government and by a state government for the same crime. Both entities are distinctly sovereign units that have their own sets of laws and their power derived from different sets of people. No one, however, can be tried twice by the same state, or twice by the federal government.

The petition addresses the DOJ policy that guides them in deciding whether or not to bring federal charges against someone after a person has already been tried by a state.
