Christopher Tears Thought He Sent a Picture of His Penis to 16-Year-Old Boy -- It Was the Cops
|Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office|
As always, the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Palm Beach County Sexual Predator Enforcement Unit were chatting up alleged perverts online when they ran into Tears, going by the name "Lwchris," according to a police report.
It wasn't long before the cops say Tears was telling their imaginary 16-year-old boy that he wanted to "get together one day and mess around."
Over the next week, more dirty chats came from Tears, according to police, including telling the boy that he "wouldn't mind see you shoot your load" and that he'd "suck" the boy.
We'll spare you the details of the rest of the alleged pervert talk, but the investigation culminated with Tears texting a picture of his penis to the cops/boy, according to the report.
Through a records check, police discovered that Tears was the man they were speaking to and decided to give him a call.
Tears told the "boy" two things -- he wanted the boy to send him a picture of his penis too, and he said he had to go pick up one of his kids from his sixth-grade class, the report says.
Police went to Tears' door on Thursday, where they found him at home with his two children.
According to the cops, he admitted to chatting up the boy he thought was 16, as well as texting him the picture of his penis.
The Palm Beach State Attorney's Office says Tears was charged with three counts of computer pornography and child exploitation, as well as one count of transmission of harmful material to a minor.
Tears remains in the Palm Beach County Jail in lieu of posting $80,000 bond.
If convicted on all counts, Tears would face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
