Cops: Man Wrote "Bomb Threat" on His Grocery List, Slid It Under a Door at Rehab

​Boynton Beach police arrested a 24-year-old man yesterday after they say he wrote "bomb threat" on the back of his grocery list, then slid it under a door into a group therapy session at a rehab center.

Police were forced to evacuate and block off the Watershed Treatment Center in Boynton Beach around 3 p.m. yesterday before they say a video camera captured Justin George doing the deed.

According to an arrest affidavit, George was sitting at a desk just outside the door of the group therapy session, and the video camera was installed right above this door.
 
Police say the video shows George writing the note, putting it under the door, going back to the desk, and putting his head down.

They then found the only person at the rehab center who was wearing a yellow shirt like the bomb-threat writer captured on tape, and George -- who's still wearing that shirt in his mug shot -- was singled out as the suspect.

George denied it and then refused to speak to the cops, but while he was being booked, police say he "spontaneously uttered" that he did it as a joke and was passing the note to a friend.

George has been charged with making a false report about planting a bomb -- a felony -- and is currently being held on $5,000 bond.

Records show this is George's second arrest, the first coming when he was 21 years old, for cocaine possession.
