Malinda Knowles says she was about to fly out of LaGuardia Airport last year, headed for West Palm Beach, until JetBlue employees allegedly committed what the New York Post is calling a "panty air raid."

Knowles, a 27-year-old financial consultant and former model, says she was wearing a baggy blue T-shirt over some short-shorts when JetBlue employees allegedly wanted to do a quick panty check to make sure she wasn't exposing lady parts on the flight.

She has now filed a lawsuit with the Queens Supreme Court.

Here's what her lawsuit alleges, according to AOL Travel:

According to Knowles, Victor Rodriguez, a JetBlue supervisor, approached her on the plane as she was "sitting with her orange juice" and asked, "I don't want to see your panties, but do you have any on?" He then "slapped his walkie-talkie in between [my] legs," Knowles claims in the suit. "I didn't want to show him my crotch," she said. "It was humiliating, degrading, and highly inappropriate."

The Post says she was escorted off the plane, where it was "confirmed she was wearing shorts."

They let her back on the plane before she alleges the pilot kicked her off the flight again and says she was humiliated by the experience.

"If the police come on a flight, everybody thinks you have a bomb," Knowles told the Post.

Knowles, who had a business meeting scheduled in the West Palm Beach area, said she finally got on a flight to Florida four hours later.

Her lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.

"I really feel like the guy just wanted to demean me in some way," Knowles told New York Daily News. "Maybe he thought I was cute. Even so, it was totally inappropriate."

I'd have to question her sanity for going "undie free" on an aircraft that sees all types of passengers in all types of conditions, and with all types of health problems.
