Great Places to Rob, Part Deux

Cops and robbers ain't no game.

​And you thought that a life of crime couldn't get any easier!

The Broward Sheriff's Office has announced that there has been an upswing in car burglaries at Quiet Waters Park's Splash Adventure, in Deerfield Beach.

Deputies recently staked out the park and wound up arresting a suspect following a foot chase.

This winds up being convenient for you, persnickety perps of BroCo. Turns out, there's a crime-and-drug awareness party coming up at that same park, at 401 S. Powerline Road, on August 2 from 6 until 9 p.m. #Winning, right?

For a solid three hours, attendees and cops won't be in the parking lot protecting their valuables. Instead, they will be listening to a "live band" and partaking in "raffle prizes, food, non alcoholic beverages, children's games and inflatables, prescription drug take back" and "paper shredding."

Note: If you actually try to burglarize someone's car, you're an idiot.
