Michi Nogami-Marshall, 26, will also not face charges for violating the pretrial conditions of her release by showing up at her husband's house a few weeks after the incident, which ended with the cops back at the couple's Southwest Ranches home.
At the time of the stabbing on April 23, Nogami-Marshall told police she stabbed her husband in "self-defense" and refused to talk to police about the incident again.
Marshall showed up at Broward General Medical Center with a stab wound to the gut but maintained to the cops that he had slipped and fell, cutting himself with the broken glass on the floor.
Sarahnell Murphy, the prosecutor in charge of the State Attorney's Domestic Violence Unit, says the state cannot file charges against Nogami-Marshall because of the "conflicting evidence" in the case.
