Scott Romberger Reads The Bible to His Sedated Friend, Then Allegedly Rapes Her

The cops say while Romberger, 30, was driving the 20-year-old woman to her dentist appointment, he admitted to the woman that he had sex with her after she passed out the night before -- after taking one Ambien and four Valium pills.
Romberger told the woman "she had gotten frisky" with him the night before, and said he'd been praying all night about what happened.
At the dentist's office, the woman told her dentist what had happened, and she called the cops.
She told police she chose Romberger to take care of her while she was under the medications, saying he was like her "foster father" -- she's known Rombeger since she was 12 or 13-years-old, and he and his ex-wife would let her stay with them when she needed a place to go.
The woman says she took her pills, put teeth whitening trays in her mouth, and began feeling the effects of the medication. She tells police Romberger was reading Psalm 91 to her, and that's the last thing she remembers.
After recounting to police what Romberger told her in the car, they put the two on the phone together and recorded the call, according to court documents.
Romberger again admitted to having sex with her while she was passed out, although he says "he didn't last long," and then began praying.
Romberger is charged with sexual assault on a victim with special conditions.
