Debbie Wasserman Schultz Hangs Weiner Out to Dry
Or at least, that's what the 30-second statement she read sounded like.
Wasserman Schultz held a news conference over the weekend, asking for Weiner to resign after sending a picture of his package to
"It is with great disappointment that I call on my colleague Anthony Weiner to resign," Wasserman Schultz said during her half-minute news conference. "This sordid affair has become an unacceptable distraction for Rep. Weiner, his family, his constituents, and the House."
Then she booked it out the door, not taking questions from reporters.
But let's talk about Weiner.
He's admitted to sending "about" six penis pictures to women he'd met on the net and also engaging in "inappropriate conversations" with the internet ladies over Twitter, Facebook, email, and the phone.
Barbara Walters also admitted that she thought Weiner's dingaling was impressive.
Weiner has said he's not going anywhere -- except for a vacation to find a cure for his sexting problem.
Fox News has been saying since last night that it hears Weiner will resign, but nothing is official yet.
