In Which the Legislature Saves Us From Texters With Cars

• Does anyone seriously think they can drive while talking on the phone, let alone texting, as well as they can with no distractions? would you want your doctor operating on you while on the phone? how about a dentist, or anyone with your life in their hands... get real, in europe, its illegal to talk on the phone while driving, because when they test reactions, its about like having a .08 BAC.  in other words you drive on the phone about as well as you would after 2 drinks.
