Rosenfeldt, Adler, Szfranski, Boden, Lippman, et al. They are have their law licenses, haven't been disbarred or even suspended. They all are crooks. Why aren't they arrested and put on trial for their crimes? The people in charge of sanctioning these guys should be charged with a crime for not acting and protecting the citizens of South Florida. Are they all getting immunity for turning in each other and pretty soon everyone has immunity and no crooks go to jail. Nice.

Broward schools chief to get early report card . Olmeda, Sun Sentinel 9:00 p.m. EDT, March 21, 2011School Board voted unanimously on Monday to perform an early evaluation of Superintendent Jim Notter as the district's leadership struggles with real and perceived challenges to its integrity.

Still reeling from last month's grand jury report, board members seemed split at first on whether an early evaluation of Notter was necessary. The report accused the School Board and its senior administration of being so incompetent that corruption had to be at least partly responsible.

Veteran board members Maureen Dinnen, Robin Bartleman, Jennifer Gottlieb, Ann Murray and Benjamin Williams first were opposed to the early evaluation, concerned it would be unfair to Notter by holding him responsible for mismanagement that took place before he became schools chief in 2005.

But new board members Patricia Good, who called for the evaluation, and Laurie Rich Levinson and Nora Rupert, who supported it, said the board had to address the erosion of public trust in the district's leadership. Board member David Thomas was not present at Monday's meeting.

two sides of the debate came together when Dinnen pitched a review that would use the grand jury report as a springboard but would be open to other issues. Notter embraced the review, calling it "the right thing to do."

Board members will meet at a workshop within 30 days to hammer out the terms of the evaluation.

Notter's last report card was completed in July 2010. It was unclear whether the interim evaluation will be in addition to or in place of Notter's next scheduled evaluation.

The Grand Jury could not bring charges forward if the crimes did not involve multiple jurisdictions....if crimes were committed in Broward..expect the hammer to fall soon.

It appears there's larceny through and through in Bev Stracher. She may have received immunity for The Mayor incident, but she should be prosecuted on these shady campaign contributions. In my opinion it's an outrage that Miriam Oliphant has be reinstated ahead of others' at the highest pay rung after her digraceful removal from the SOE office. Those photos are absolutely beautiful. Tey make you forget(for a moment) what dirt and corruption we have here in Broward County. Great work Pulp. Don't let up on em. Expose "The Bastards"

ATG, you're right on re: the photos.., AND Ms. Oliphant. When we have teachers who have been IN the classroom for 25 years, and are making LESS than Ms. Oliphant, then there is a problem. How did she pass the background check? She had to take a year off to "bone up" on the teachers' qualification test and she started at TOP salary??? And we're supposed to say, "Oh, that's okay, she has experience?" I would not want my children to be taught, counseled, or otherwise influenced by Ms. Oliphant and the experience that governs her conduct.

Since when it is illegal to contribute to a campaign? Why don't you look up the partners contributions to Obama and Al Gore in Mitch Berger's law firm, or many others, like George Platt's? It's part of doing business and supporting the law firm that is supporting a national campaign in hopes of generating new business for the law firm. To imply there were paybacks is both libelous and slanderous- something you need to be careful of Mr. Pulp.

How's this for proof Hb.......I used to work for The Jewish Avenger three years before his little Ponzi scheme imploded and it was common knowledge in the office that if you made a contribution, Scotty boy would offer to reimburse you in cash. Now, whether he ever kept his promises to everyone I have no idea but I think its safe to say that Pulp is on solid ground here. Ok so we are playing the immunity game here. So now this aide to Comm.Lieberman has been given immunity. So the St. Att. Off. lets her slide basiclly. What the Feds could do is charge her federally. I see that her and her boss Lieberman spill the beans after the fact to keep themselves out of jail. Believe me the Feds have to be watching these shady polticians and aides. Also with great disgust how some of them are geeting a get out of jail card because they are coperateing. So. The US Att. Off. needs to take over all these investigations. To have Mike Satz ' in charge who is friends w/ all these politicians has got to be compromising his judgement. It should not. I guess the pattern like w/ Lieberman and pencil pusher Stracher is get them in for questioning, threaten jail time and watch them sing like canaries. So again why didn't any of these subjects come before now?? I'll tell you because they where not being question by the DA.
