SunPass Thwarted by High-Tech Windshields, Leaving Drivers With Thousands in Fines

These vehicles are usually high-end imported vehicles with polarized windshields, mostly manufactured in the mid-to-late 1990s, although there are a few American-made vehicles on the list. SunPass customers can check their accounts online at www.SunPass.com Since SunPass does not issue citations, they are issued and mailed by the clerk of the court, you can avoid problems with the court system by making sure your driver’s license and vehicle registration information are up to date, as is required by Florida law.
