​Today on the Juice, we sought to explain some of Gov.-elect Rick Scott's ideas for his upcoming governorship. Come to find out, all his plans are typical of conservatism and involve blaming the less-fortunate Floridians. 

One frequent reader cleverly defined Scott's mentality with a quote by Herman Melville, deceased American novelist and poet.
