The Lawyers and Clinics in the 411-PAIN Network

• This is bullshit 411 also refers to clinics We make money buy charging the clinics and attorneys for marketing!, I'll give you an example for $10,000 411 will send you 10 to 14 new patients Every month it not a fee per person because we never send you an even 10 always 10 to 14 some months 10 others 11or 12 or 14 Loopholes in the law

• These guys are scumbags. I laugh at the posting by Martha Caballero. Either she is an employee of 411 pain or she is friends with someone who lucked out. $6500.00 does not seem like a lot of money. I wonder what a competent attorney would have generated on such a claim. That friend would have received much betetr treatment at a real clinic. AT a 411 Pain clinic, they treat each and every patient the same. Cookie cutter treatment. You are rolled through an assembly line. There is a reason why the law firm of Kelley Uustal is forming a class action against these clowns. There are many people who have nothing but horror stories.

• The system is simple. They refer you to an attorney that is part of the netwok who in turn refers you back to a clinic owned by 411 pain. Their goal is to blow through the patient's $10,000.00 in Personal Injury Protection coverage. They will have you come in 3-4x a week and bill you for every modality under the sun. The attorneys associated with this entity are generally bottom feeders. Check each and every attorney. I have yet to find one that is board certified in civil trial law. Further, the vast majority are not AV rated by Martindale Hubbel, or have been awarded Legal Elite status by Florida Trend.

• I think the new times is jealous about 411 PAIN advertising budget and that they arent getting any of it. Thats YELLOW JOURNALISM and not worthy of anyones attention. My friend called 411 PAIN and received medical attention plus a check from the insurance company for $6500. Now thats something the new times writer doesnt care to write about.

• Lisa: I don't understand their business model. How do they make money? For example, we know that 411 Pain spends an enormous amount of money for advertising every year, well over a million dollars annually. What do they get for it? Someone calls their "referral service" and gets "referred" to either a Doctor and/or an attorney. Well, we kniw the Florida Bar prohibits fee sharing so the attorneys cannot pay a referral fee to 411 Pain. The Doctors certainly cannot share their pip payments with 411 Pain. Therefore, how does 411 Pain procure revenues so that their significant advertising budget is financed? How do they procure revenues?
