That was great to have an event so close to Election Day that was not politicized. The message (of Jon Stewart & Steven Colbert) to stop the negativity and try to have an intelligent civil discourse should have been heard loud & clear. Maybe we can connect the dots if we speak to each other in a more rational manner, with a sprinkling of Ms Manners added to the mix. (Geez, Larryboy, where are you, when we need you the most? While we have some loose change jingling in the pocket, let�s try to put these characters where they belong. Since I�ve got the board right now, I�ll throw out an example. Some of the idea may seem exaggerated, but it is a game, after all (and it�s a trick or a treat for Halloween). Let�s see what we can come up with. Madoff employed a couple of the boys, Bienes & Avellino, who ended up in sunny South Florida. (There�s an auditorium of honor at one of the local private Catholic high schools. This school has been on the radar because it is not on the radar and can be disguised like the City of Sunrise, in simply not showing up on a map search. Broward County has claimed the private Catholic high school as an 18 acre park, and the City of Fort Lauderdale also claimed it, but the acreage was less than � of that claimed by the county, at 4.5, nonetheless, it was still a double counting of the same space. Remember that the county and the city have to provide 3 acres of open space/ parks for every 1,000 permanent & projected residents. So, these taxing bodies both fudge about the space so that they can continue to permit more overbuilding, while collecting taxes for providing what they do NOT. They just pretend that the open space is there, so that the developers can line their own pockets as well as the helpful bought-off politician & public servant, while the State could remain deaf, dumb, & blind, with a person placed in authority, like an ineffective, delinquent Michael Satz, whose ongoing allowance of public corruption would prevent the State from actual knowledge of the crimes and the calling of a moratorium on the overbuilding.) Biennes & Avellino were very charitable, especially for the spot light. For example, the heart ball would be just the ticket for a socialite that wanted to be seen for his benevolence and generosity. Biennes & Avellino had connections to Holy Cross, the same hospital where Zachariah, the heart surgeon (and republican campaign bundler connected to the private-run prison industry) practiced. This is also the medical establishment where Melissa Fisher worked when she decided to go to Nova law school. (The D.C rally brought Father Guido Sarducci out of retirement, who might be able to shine a light on how charitable contributions to the Church could finance certain universities.) This young lady (was not the type to commit suicide, and) would come under the tutelage of Scott Rothstein. Scott Rothstein, like Allen Stanford ran more than a ponzi scheme (out of the main location of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where all levels of law enforcement have been bought-and-paid-for). The adventuring enterprise is looking more and more like the Vatican banking scandal of the 1970s, especially with the tie-in of Roberto Settineri, who has been reported to be affiliated with Santa Maria di Gesu. The Italian government & government of the United States had a joint task force that went back to the days of Stefano Bontade @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stefano_Bontade Santa Maria di Gesu is the same organization that the brother of Versace was alleged to have been an associate (during his purported involvement in drug running, arms dealing, & money laundering). For unknown reasons, every time that it was felt that the international force could bust the organization, it would go bust (but not where a person could be busted, rather a belly-up). Somehow, there always seemed to be a leak, and it always seemed to be on the side of the United States, the party that appeared to have the most to lose if the group continued its enterprises. If it would have been the United States that was deliberately causing the failure of the joint operation, it would have had to have come from those with top clearance (like a Frank Adderley-type or Al Lamberti-type, top-ranking, in-charge person who would attend every federal level class that was offered, where the participation would be of the utmost sincerity). One of the Versace brothers (who could account for why there was so much money in fashion) has been eliminated, supposedly by a �gay psycho,� professing to have been a CIA agent (according to those closest to him. But this one is debatable, as it appears that Andrew Cunanan, the national & local press-reported �gay psycho� was not an operative, but had fantasies of a more grandiose lifestyle, from knowledge gleaned because he may have been close to a source or had pillow talk with an agent). There was an unknown occurrence that set Cunanan on a killing spree, where he toured Philly & the Windy City prior to his sojourn on South Beach. Happy Halloween to all. I have to attend a birthday celebration and won�t be at Duffys. So, I threw together part of a conversation, for the fun of it. Just think how great this story would be if it fit into a Cheney connection. You know, the man (or kind-of, sort-of, or semblance of) that is constantly in need of a heart. The money laundering & entire motivation behind these top criminals who have taken control of our government could be because they seek immortality. Thus, they become the walking dead -- but not quite walking dead -- an altered state between life and death. Imagine Cheney getting a heart transplant every week (from Dr. Zachariah) like clockwork, and others, like Rumsfeld, exchanging his worn out liver and other organs so that they could continue to live until the time when their super secret government organization (paid for by your tax dollars) had broken the DNA code and made immortality a part of their G_D-forsaken lives. Just like the former AG and Cheney business partner, Michael Satz also does nothing, and, even worse, intentionally acts in ways to stop investigations (like that of the Statewide Grand Jury) when he has allowed his agents to interfere with a thorough and complete investigation of Stephanie Kraft, Diana Wasserman-Rubin, and those (like Neil Sterling) that could have been found out in the whole scheme (if properly investigated). But, just like the 2008-2009 criminal investigation of Cheney, Gonzalez, other criminal public servants, contracts, and providers of prisons (like GEO), which went nowhere because they needed to be protected in order to protect the rest of the corrupt gang, nothing will really be done against the public servants that are criminals in Florida (unless, we, the people, act). You know that there is a connection of one of the Republican Party higher-ups in Broward County to a prison contractor. First, familiarize yourself with the republican big wig here in South Florida, by the name of Zachariah P. Zachariah. You have to know (from Bob Norman�s articles) that Rothstein sat on the grievance committee for the Florida bar. It has been said that Rothstein punished those lawyers that did not do his bidding, while he permitted those that were corrupt to continue in their corrupt, criminal ways. Well, Dr. Zachariah, the cardiologist at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, sat on the State Board and had the authority to issue punishments for those he thought had violated a rule. Now, since Zachariah was a campaign bundler for the Republican Party, how much do you think he could have gotten from a doctor brought up on charges? What do you really think? Was it a you scratch my back & I�ll scratch yours, where he would let certain practitioners off the hook because they were friendly or had given a sizable �contribution� (�WINK WINK�) that would supposedly pertain to the reason that the practitioner had been brought before the State Board. In the first article, Zachariah complains that the federal investigation prevented him from being nominated as the U.S. Surgeon General. Maybe he should get in line. The same thing happened to Ken Lay of Enron. He could not be appointed because there was a federal investigation into his criminal activity (of which he was convicted, which conviction has since been erased because he died before the first day that he would have served his sentence). Zachariah made plenty with his connections and the knowledge he had about GEO, a contracting firm in the privately-run prison industry. Here is another story about how much a contract is worth to run a private-prison. Several years ago, this story broke (in the New York Times, I believe) about a couple of Pennsylvania Judges that were sentencing alleged youthful offenders. The Judges, Mark A. Ciavarella Jr., and a colleague, Michael T. Conahan were arrested and were tried in a federal Court in Scranton (Vice-President Joe Biden�s stomping grounds). These Judges were getting MILLIONS IN KICKBACKS to send teenagers to 2 privately-run �youth detention centers�. The scheme started in 2003 (after Conahan, as the Chief Judge, set-up the scheme in December, 2002). The 2 Judges had sentenced 5,000 juveniles by the time that they were caught. In most of the cases, these Judges pretended that the teenagers before them had waived the right to defense counsel. Talk about a kangaroo court. These payments that the Judges extracted from these private prisons (as KICKBACKS) WERE SENT TO FLORIDA (WHERE THE MONEY WAS WASHED. This was not the only criminal enterprise that these judges had enjoyed making millions (while the poor, hapless taxpayer in Pennsylvania subsidized the landscape, in order for the judges to have a safe base of operations). And, these judges needed a safe haven for their money. THESE JUDGES LIKED SENDING THEIR KICKBACKS AND OTHER FRUITS OF THEIR CRIMES TO BE LAUNDERED IN FLORIDA. It was later found out that the Chief-Judge, Conahan, was a friend of a reputed underworld figure, Billy D�Elia. D�Elia operated an enterprise, wherein this Judge helped him to fleece the taxpayers, by allowing fraud to be perpetrated upon his court. (D�Elia had been found guilty in another case of money laundering and witness intimidation.) This other investigation into Conahan, in the separate CASE FIXING in uninsured and underinsured motorist arbitration cases, was instigated by an informant�s testimony. This testimony was utilized by a Special Agent of the United States Department of Homeland Security and a Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Investigator. These law enforcement officials acted properly when getting Search Warrants and Affidavits of Arrest (and they didn�t act like State Attorney Michael Satz, to pretend an Indian Nation had filed charges, through the Seminole Police Department). In 2001, a person by the name of Thomas Joseph had been accused (by the local newspaper) of assisting D�Elia by using his taxi cab operations to transport guns, drugs, and prostitutes (in and out of airports, among other locales) and by using his direct mail and advertisement business to launder money for D�Elia. The Chief Judge, Conahan (who was getting kickbacks from his enterprise in sentencing unrepresented teenagers to privately-run detention facilities and who was getting gratuities for case-fixing), handled all the pre-trial matters and then steered the case to his cohort in crime, Judge Ciavarella (who was also involved in the kickback and case-fixing schemes) for a 10-day non-jury trial, whereupon the Judge awarded Joseph $3.5 million in a defamation suit against the paper. The reason that Judge Conahan had gotten the case was because the case was not properly assigned, due to the fact that Conahan�s first cousin was the court administrator and had signed off on the appointment. (The first cousin has since plead guilty in another case, to embezzling the court�s funds.) Btw @ 11:47 PM -- I�m in agreement with that assumption. I�m not too sure if Spitzer could give it a run now, but if he had not been stopped, we�d be in a better place. Madoff would have been pulled down. Enron would not have driven California to the brink of bankruptcy. The crimes aided and abetted by Wall Street in collapsing the housing market would have never had a snowball�s chance. The government would have had a lot more capitol from the fines & penalties paid by Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, and on-and-on. • The Trilateral Commission is integrating us and pretending they're not, with border issues, etc. No matter how bloody they will allow it to play out, as the commissioners sit back and observe, at the end of the day we will forced to live with integration. Nothing you're being told is the truth. It's our job to guess what they're trying to get out, then try to affect it.

It's that he and our government agencies refused scientists pleas to make a law allowing non-medical personnel to dispense the antidote if a bird flu pandemic presents itself. People with advanced knowledge of the issue say it isn't "if" it is going to happen, it's "when". There is no distribution channel in place to access the three locations where the antidote is stored, and currently it would be illegal for non-medical people to dispense the product. We are two mutations away from bird flu being transmitted to humans. Currently there are 350 people who have contracted the disease. 347 were dead within three days of exposure.

• More Cheney prison profiteering scumbaggery: From The Telegraph, November 2008 Dick Cheney charged over abuse in private prisons US vice president Dick Cheney has been charged with "organised criminal activity" over allegations about abuse in privately-run prisons. A grand jury in south Texas indicted Mr Cheney and Alberto Gonzales, the former Attorney General, on state charges that they blocked an investigation into the mistreatment of prisoners. The indictment cites a "money trail" relating to Mr Cheney's financial stake in prison-related businesses, including the Vanguard Group, which has an interest in privately-run federal jails in the region. According to a grand jury in Willacy County, Mr Cheney is "is "profiteering from depriving human beings of their liberty". It also accuses him of a conflict of interest and of "at least misdemeanour assaults" on inmates because of his links to the prison companies. Mr Gonzales is accused of using his position to "stop the investigations as to the wrong doings" in county prisons. The grand jury wrote that it made its decision "with great sadness" but said it had no other choice but to indict the pair "because we love our country". The indictment � which is being overseen by Juan Guerra, the local district attorney � has not been seen by a judge, who could dismiss it. Juan Guerra has a history of launching eccentric court and political battles, and critics accused him of trying to settle old scores in his final weeks in office. However, he insisted the decision to bring charges was made by the grand jury not by him. He said the prison-related charges against the pair were a national issue and experts from across the US testified to the grand jury. Willacy County has become a hub for prisons. Last month, a grand jury indicted the GEO Group, a Florida private prison company, for murder over the death of a Willacy County prisoner just days before his release. The company stands accused of allowing other inmates to beat Gregorio de la Rosa to death with padlocks stuffed into socks. In 2006, a jury ordered the company to pay de la Rosa's family $47.5 million in a civil judgment. The Cheney-Gonzales indictment makes reference to the de la Rosa case. Mr Cheney's office said it could not comment until it had received an indictment. George Terwilliger, Mr Gonzales' lawyer, said in a written statement: "This is obviously a bogus charge on its face, as any good prosecutor can recognise." He said he hoped Texas authorities would take steps to stop "this abuse of the criminal justice system". It is not the first time that the vice president's business interests have provoked controversy. His relationship with Halliburton, the energy company of which he was once chief executive, was scrutinised after one of its subsidiaries won contracts worth more than $1.7 billion to repair Iraq's oil industry.
