Police Chase Makes Thrilling Video; But Was It Worth Danger to Other Motorists?

• Pardon me. I should have watched the video before I commented. That car looks like it is worth at least 3 dollars. Who were they in pursuit of, Fred G. Sanford on the way back to the junkyard? I can now see why it was worth risking innocent lives.

• Isn't that why auto insurance exists? I know if it were "my shit" that was stolen, I would prefer to make an insurance claim, rather than have some cowboys hopped up on adrenaline risking everyone's life. This has been an ongoing problem in law enforcement for years. They hide behind the fact that they are in pursuit of felons, but they often cause more harm than good. Many innocent people have suffered significant injuries, even death, as a result of LE going apeshit to recover some's vehicle.

• Good job by the cops. If it was your shit they were stealing, it would be a big deal.
