Coast Guard: Friday's Fatality in Jupiter Inlet a Case of Dangerous Waters, Not Dangerous Inlet

But an official with the U.S. Coast Guard says there's nothing special about Jupiter Inlet. "As far as being dangerous, all our inlets are dangerous at times," says Boatswain's Mate II Freeman, of the station in Lake Worth. "That day, there were swells of four to six feet, I believe... and that's going to make things a little sketchy."
