Working on a minibombshell that cuts to the heart of Broward Town -- also an interesting Rothstein political scoop. Reporting it now, so in lieu of actual news, I thought I'd share the latest gaffe from South Florida's own Rick Sanchez. This time, he reads an embarrassing bit from the TelePrompTer, reading "ad lib... tease." He was, of course, supposed to ad lib and tease an upcoming interview (with Keith Urban, it turns out). At the 21-second mark, you can see Sanchez freeze in what football coach Bill Curry used to call the "brook trout stare." He totally zones out for an instant.

@Chaz, As we both know, there are no real tests for anything over 140 because they don't hire people to write the tests who are smart enough to make up questions that challenge over 140 IQs. I just said over 140, I didn't say how much. You see, I've actually been to Modena, talked to the guys in the shop and had dinner the folks who do the work. Experience in the real world gives me that 20+ points and more.

@Chaz First off, Pininfarina is a last name associated with a huge industrial designing firm. They designed some of the Magnum boat decks for me back in the eighties. I don't think they were involved with the original Testarossa which was a real beauty. My only question was about (I think) syntax. I have been to the shop in Modena, I know what the colors look like. I just wanted to know why they are male or female. My IQ is somewhere over 140 so if you speak in short declaritive sentences I can follow along.

What happened was I was leaving the Dolphin game and some drunken pig walked in front of my car. The guy went sailing thrown the air. I could hear his shoes scraping the roof. I swear i could hear the bones breaking. So the cop says to me to go get my drivers license. My drivers license was not in the car at the time it was at my house. So I did exactly like the cop said. I immediately drove to my house to retrieve the DL. When I got to my house I was shaking and very nervous. After all it not everyday you see a body flying through the air and landing in a pile of blood and guts. I decided that if I had a big glass of whiskey it might settle my nerves and calm me down. So that's exactly what I did. I then drove back to the Dolphins Stadium all the time praying to God that the guy would be allright. Is that so hard to belive. For the love of God this is the God's honest truth. Trust me. I even went on TV and apologized for the "misunderstanding". Just like the TV station told me to do. At this point you people deserve shit. I hate you. you are just jealous of my success.

Popovich drafted that Borat Hagic a few years ago for the Spurs and then bargained him away. My God, what a game for Steve Nash. That one eyed 3, his whole late third, fourth quarter. The Suns are a talented, hard working, gracious team and I hope they take it. If someone had to sweep the Spurs, I'm glad it was them. Most important thing the Spurs did was put Dallas in its place, which they did quite well. Tim Duncan lives just accross I 10 from me.
