Kagan opposed "don't ask, don't tell" because it was discriminatory and because Harvard's policy against discrimination was inconsistent with allowing recruiters for an organization that discriminates from being sponsored by Harvard. nothing anti-military about it. And as Solicitor General, she has been no friend to enemy combatants either. he can look it up. and by all accounts, she's pretty darned moderate.
