Florida Textbooks Promoting Islam, Study Shows

​Squawk Radio guru Joyce Kaufman, whose show airs daily on 850 AM WFTL, has announced that Citizens for National Security (CFNS), a nonprofit Public Charity, "has completed an exhaustive 14-month research study which conclusively reveals that a vast number of Florida's elementary and high-school history and geography textbooks are Islam-slanted."

And if you believe that, she's got a wax figurine of Janeane Garofalo studded with voodoo pins to sell you. Kaufman doesn't say where to find this report, and it's not on CFNS's website, but Kaufman claims that the "initial report on Islamic influence in Florida's K-12 public schools contains over 200 typical, fully referenced quotations and excerpts from 'flawed' textbooks that enhance Islam, while demeaning Judaism and Christianity [our italics].

Kaufman says the report studied  900 history and geography textbooks used in all 67 Florida school districts.

​The Juice called CFNS to find out where this explosive report is located, and we're waiting for a call back. We're looking forward to more details about how Florida schoolchildren are being indoctrinated to hate Judiasm and Christianity and to embrace Islam instead. Sounds like history class has really changed since we were sweating (literally, this was before a.c.) through required courses like Americanism vs. Communism at Twin Lakes High.

Kaufman, who's always good for a laugh, will be at the teaparty event on April 15, protesting on Broward Boulevard and 3rd Ave, to castigate the anniversary of tax day. If you see her, ask Kaufman how she feels about Janeane Garofalo.
