Suit Filed in West Palm Against Chiquita; Banana Company Accused of Paying Colombian Terrorists

• HONORABLE JUDGE MARRA FROM WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA......BOTH THE COLOMBIAN FAMILIES AND U.S AS WELL CONTINUE TO WAIT FOR YOUR DECISION ON THE CHIQUITA LAWSUIT./.,/... FOR HEAVENS' SAKE, HOW LONG MUST WE WAIT FOR YOU TO MAKE SUCH A SIMPLE DECISION....................JUSTICE DELAYED, IS JUSTICE DENIED.

• "Justice Delayed, is Justice Denied" Why in the world is West Palm Beach Federal Judge Kenneth Marra taking over a year to make a decision on the lawsuit filed on behalf of several Colombian families whose family members where killed. Is it because they are Colombians? Judge Marra, please forgive my ignorance of U.S. Law, but it just doesn't make any sense to me. Take for example the victims of 9/11, most of whom where U.S. citizens. Why were they cases settled long ago while we Colombians still await for the good old U.S. justice. If anyone reading this comments think I am wrong, then please explain it to me. Belive me when I tell you, I harbor no ill feelings toward the U.S. however, something smells very fishy here. Better yet, something stinks here...............and belive me it's not us, I have a feeling is the U.S. Justice System.
