Today on her Facebook page, Sarah Palin gave a public endorsement to South Florida congressional candidate Allen West. Said the former Alaskan governor and Republican VP candidate:
Allen's personal story is a testament to the commonsense conservative belief that our nation's greatness is rooted in freedom, because with freedom comes equal opportunity, and that, coupled with hard work, leads to success. Allen is a small government fiscal conservative running against a leftwing ideologue (Congressman Ron Klein) who's marched to the beat of Nancy Pelosi on every issue from cap-and-tax to the stimulus, TARP, and, of course, Obamacare.
A statement from the West campaign after the jump.
"I am deeply honored and humbled to have secured [sic] Governor Palin's endorsement for our Congressional campaign," West said. "The hard work of our supporters is being recognized both here in the Twenty-Second District as well as across America."
Of course, both West and Palin are icons of the tea party movement, so this endorsement was something of a formality. Here's video from a recent screech speech Palin gave at a tea party rally in Southern Nevada.

Agreed, Spinny, except "mean-spiritedness" isn't strong enough. "Viciousness" is more appropriate.
I can picture these overweight haters sitting in the basement of Mom's house in their underwear in the dark, grinning obscenely as they dredge through the pitch black recesses of their brains for the most hurtful words to describe the newest object of their impotent rage. There's nothing unique or special about these haters; I find them on most comments and discussion groups on the Web.
Pity those who can't oppose someone without hating them. What a waste of energy.
Lets review the three preceding comments:
"bag of excrement" "dingbat", "retards" , "dirty sanchez"? Is this the kind of commentary we should expect from citizens with a leftist orientation? I think so. Not only are these type of remarks uncivil, they are puerile, vindictive, unfair, and anti-intellectual. Sadly, these adjectives are also becoming increasingly relevant when trying to describe leftist political perspectives. Clearly, mean-spiritedness has become the hallmark of the political left in this country. If this continues, it will likely erode the credibility (which is already compromised) to their increasingly intemperate agenda.
Did someone "Photoshop out" the Dirty Sanchez from Palin's mug?
Seems to me she's enjoying the aroma.
So.....?
Everybody's knows Palin's partial to Retards.
Next thing you know, Palin will be a guest on Joyce "The Squat Schtarker" Kaufman's radio show.
I would rather have the endorsement of a bag of excrement than this dingbat.
