Incest, Sexual Assault Charges Against Boynton Man
A 36-year-old man from Boynton Beach was charged today with forcing a 14-year-old girl to have sex.
The incest allegations against the man, Martin Baugh, suggest that he was related to the victim, though the probable cause affidavit redacts that information to protect the victim's identity.
The affidavit says that Baugh confessed to making sexual advances toward the girl last August, after he read a journal entry in which she expressed curiosity about intercourse. Baugh is said to have confessed to instructing the girl not to tell anyone about what happened between them.
The affidavit cites an interview with the victim that took place Wednesday at Bethesda hospital:

Victim said her [redacted] also had sex with her one Wednesday in January 2010 right before she went to school. She said she never consented to have sex with him. She said he always initiated sex by calling her to his bedroom. She said he had sex with her so many times since August 2009 she tries not to remember the events.
