• Dear Judge Hurley; Judging by the recent commentary put forth by your most ardent supporter who opined, <blockquote>Is it true she does appeals for death row inmates? Keeping them from the chair for years on end?</blockquote> My question to you is this... Are we to infer that your position is "fry the bastards" regardless of the fact they may be innocent? Since 1992, the Innocence Project has exonerated 17 people serving time on Death Row. If we followed your game plan, there's a good chance that 17 innocent people would have been put to death. Tell me Judge. What do you have against innocent people?

• I was in court last week for my friend's son who appeared before Judge Hurley and I was very impressed with how professional, prompt, and polite the Judge was when when he addressed his case. Mr. Francis: I am a first time reader of your great blog. Why are a few nasty people attacking Judge Hurley? I went back and read some of the other previous blog posts about Judge Hurley and the majority of the blog posts seem so positive. Could you recommend how I could get in touch with his campaign?
