I know all the parts that we’re supposed to play. Think about that. Really let it sink in. You know who I am even if you probably can’t name a single other golfer (athletes/actors-turned golfers and Greg Norman don’t count). I am Tiger Woods. It takes giant balls to say to your friends one day, “Hey, from now on my name is ‘Tiger’” and actually pull it off. And I did, because I have ‘em.

There are people out there, men, who say they would never do what I did. I appreciate your display of what you think is honor and integrity, but I’m going to be straight with you: You cannot make that claim until you’ve lived like Tiger Woods for a few months. And, brother, you have not. I am the only person on this planet who knows what it’s like to be Tiger Woods. It is a hard, lonely and, yes, ass-filled world. You might think you see temptation from coworkers, or friends or ex-girlfriends, and you may have resisted them all. But being Tiger Woods enters you into a brand new world of temptation, things you couldn’t even imagine. I’m the captain of the football team of the universe.

I can’t stress how easy these women make incognito fucking. My point is, I’m in a culture that screams my name and elevates me to God-like status because I’m dynamite at golfing, and I’m surrounded by gorgeous women who make it so easy to have sex with them I’d be stupid not to. It’s easy for you to turn down hypothetical sex with a cute woman you see on the subway who might be flirting with you. Sometimes I wake up and women are already fucking me somehow. 10,000 miles from home, could you turn that down? You don’t know how to answer because it isn’t part of your reality.

Of course you wouldn’t have made the same moves I made: We’re playing two different games.

I’ve Earned This

For two reasons. To begin with, you made me this way, America. You wanted a superstar, somebody to put on a pedestal. You don’t even want a really good golfer, you want an inhumanly good golfer, the best in history. I wanted to make a living doing something I liked, but you wanted me to be the greatest. So fine, I’ll do that. I’ve broken every golf record, I’m athlete of the year, athlete of the decade, hell, I got a hole-in-one in real golf. This stuff is certainly difficult but I do it. And I put up with how badly society wants me to be the Golf God, but there’s got to be a give and take, right? You want a superhero, so I’ll be one, fine. Just so long as I can get some fucking done on the side. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable. The media follows me every day to see what I’m doing. People come up to me on the street and tell me I’m the greatest. If I’m so great, shouldn’t I be fucking something? I think you see my point.

Additionally, you may not know this, but my real name is Eldrick Tont Woods. Say it out loud. Look in the mirror and introduce yourself as Eldrick Tont, and see if you don’t want to beat you up. Do you think I scored a lot of ass in high school being a golf-loving, black/Asian/Indian kid named Eldrick? That’s not a boy’s name, I sound like some kind of goddamned forest mage.

Do you know how many sorority sisters were chasing after dudes who read Golf Digest and idolized Jack Nicklaus? Fucking zero. “Oooh, Eldrick, your putting makes me so hot. Can you show me your Junior World Golf Championship medals again?” Bullshit. A mixed race, giant-toothed kid in Orange County, the whitest place on the planet, who had weird hobbies? Don’t tell me I didn’t earn as much porking as I can get my hands on.

My Marriage

Look, I’ll be straight with you. My marriage is… fine, sure. I don’t want to talk a lot of shit on my marriage, but at the end of the day, she’s a Swedish model who married a professional athlete worth over a hundred million dollars. Terrific girl. Would we have met and married if I wasn’t Tiger Woods? Or if she wasn’t a Swedish model? I don’t know, but probably not. Do you know why she came to America? On the advice of another Swedish model who was married to a golfer. It’s just sort of how things go. And to begin with, when your marriage lives and dies in the media, the sanctity of that marriage is ultimately, at best, shaky. There will always be doubt on both sides, because the circumstances by which we came together are so suspect. “He only likes me because I’m a model,” “She only likes me because I’m Tiger Woods.”

And stop feeling sorry for her. She’s fucking Tiger Woods in one of her many luxurious mansions. She’s doing fine. And, at any rate, what does it matter? As far as your golf-watching experience goes, what does it even matter? Did you watch me, buy my games and enjoy my commercials because I ruled ass at golf, or because you thought I was faithfully sticking it only to my wife?

Sex is Awesome and I’m Great At It

Look, we’re all adults here. This doesn’t need to turn into a farce. I know for a fact that if I claim this is a problem, and if I check into rehab for any period of time, every single person who is currently mad at me will forgive me unconditionally. Some of you will support me even harder, because our culture loves comeback stories. I know that all it takes is a few weeks in a resort-like rehab clinic. You don’t need a doctor to say I’m cured, you don’t need a report detailing my recovery, you don’t need to any kind of verifiable proof whatsoever that suggests I’ve changed in any way. You just need to physically see me walk in and out of a building that says “Rehab” on the side and that is literally all you’d need to forgive me.

As easy as that is, I’m not going to do it for two reasons. For one, it’s just a shallow, ridiculous play that I want no part of. It’s like a puppet show for adults. The reason puppet shows are entertaining when you’re a kid is because you can’t see the strings. Once you see the strings, the magic’s gone and you’re just watching a guy playing with dolls and going through the motions. How is that a rewarding experience?

And beyond that, I’m not a sex addict. I’m just not. It’s not a disease I suffer from, it’s not a problem, it’s never physically hurt in any way I didn’t want it to hurt. I just really, really like it.

And I’m really, really good at it. I don’t want to say I’m the best, just yet. A few people have been calling me “the Tiger Woods of fucking,” and that might be a bit premature, but I don’t think it’s too far off, either. I certainly want to be the best, and I won’t rest until I am, but for now I’m just a guy who really likes putting my dick in things. So we're to believe that Scott never spoke with Uncle Bill, a trusted family member who was also integral to RRA & to Scott - about nothing more than the weather? This also implies that Uncle Bill was a dummy - that he had no interest in the company or environment that he worked within, and therefore limited his conversation (and his curiousity) to nothing more than superficialities? Thank you for the post at 11:27 PM. I would have missed that, if not for the excellence displayed here by those who are considerate to the others commenting on the Bob Norman Blog. I mean the shared excellence, that is, except for that earlier rabble rousing between Anonymous, and Anonymous, and Anonymous, whoever he, she, it, or they are.

If I didn’t know any better, I would say that the posting is done by one person who has the destruction of the camaraderie of this fellowship as an ultimate outcome. This particular person appears to have posted under a variety of nom de guerre at other sites on this Blog. It may be that these dirty tricks are to make those who are regulars want to go elsewhere, and the actions seem to be scripted to slant the way that a story may be perceived. I believe that some of you may want to rethink how to not be distracted by this particular hooligan, who takes advantage of certain misconceptions of those who post comments. This person expects to be misidentified, and many have played into the hands of this dirty trickster.

After reading the above article, I felt that I needed to comment about the trip to Morocco taken by Scott Rothstein the day after he had attended to a private audience with the POTUS in Miami -- an event that Roger Stone has come out first to say happened. Since Roger was at this Democratic Party event, it makes sense that he would bring it out before his exposure was brought out by another.

I could not help but notice that this particular article concerned a trip to Morocco taken by Scott Rothstein and a person named Bill Boockvor, o/k/a Uncle Bill. According to the article, Rothstein stated that “Uncle Bill accompanied to Casablanca for innocent reasons. “He only came with me to provide moral support””. Rothstein closed his presentation with the statement “He has nothing to do with this”. The other person mentioned in the article, Bob Scandiffio, was almost word-for-word in agreement with his former boss [Rothstein], when declaring “Uncle Bill had nothing to do with any of it”. Scandiffio further opined “I don’t think he ever knew what Scott was doing because we never talked with him about anything ever. Even when we were in Morocco, Scott still didn’t talk around Uncle Bill. He always had to be out of the room”. Which statements and declarations tend to make one wonder what the denial has to do with knowledge -- who is the one with knowledge, and knowledge of what?

I remembered the story consisting of another detail man by the name of Ahnich Khalid. Mr. Norman reported “When Rothstein made his strange trip to Morocco as his Ponzi scheme was falling apart, it was Khalid whom he used as his entree to Casablanca. Khalid flew to Morocco with Rothstein and Rothstein’s uncle, Bill Boockvor, on October 27 and spent six days serving basically as a guide for Rothstein in Casablanca, Rabat, and Marrakesh before the Ponzi schemer’s dramatic return November 2”, at http://blogs.browardpalmbeach.com/pulp/2009/12/scott_rothstein_in_morocco.php

The article never mentioned Bob Scandiffio, even though Ahnich Khalid, the person giving the account, talked about accompanying Rothstein almost everywhere in that foreign land. The whereabouts and adventures taken by Uncle Bill were not noted. Furthermore, there is no mention as to whom Rothstein had expected to visit in [Casablanca, Rabat, or] Marrakesh. During that time (of Saturday and Sunday, [with no attempt to leave to visit Kerzner’s Resort in El Jadida]), Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State for the United States and prominent member of the Democratic Party, was also in town. (Upon seeing a picture of a prominent Buddhist, another story can be revealed involving those closest to the husband of Hillary Clinton, when Buddhist Monks of the His Lai Temple in Los Angeles, California were used in a money funneling scam to the Democratic National Committee and Bill Clinton was the POTUS. The article did not address the bag man who safely delivered Rothstein and several bags [of cash, possibly] to a waiting [already to-that-date chartered] Gulfstream 5 jet, a Broward Sheriff’s Deputy that had become part of Rothstein’s organization -- through his [servant to master agency] action and addition to a 401K plan outside of his own pension building under the legitimate plan for State of Florida employees. Whether or not this public servant contemplated the punishment for his criminal acts, this Deputy surely must have understood that a gift of roughly thirty thousand dollars [that can be proven by any competent prosecutor] for his own set-up in business expenses could be traceable and would be able to bring him down in the same way that a little off-the-books brought down others entertaining a similar type of adventure in a criminal enterprise -- others like Al Capone and his ilk.

This story is beginning to reveal the cracks, and the narrators of the previous stories [given to Mr. Norman] should be asked to tell their tales anew. The discrepancies should prove most interesting to those who seek the Truth. (Remember.) The Trail to and from Morocco is strewn with money. The Truth will be revealed if one just follows the money.

Sometime in December, Godfather3 had related the facts that Bob Scandiffio had once been a Law Enforcement Officer and had been born in Fort Lauderdale. Since that time, all of those posting on Mr. Norman’s Blog have learned that the bodyguard, Scandiffio, flew to Casablanca after Rothstein had arrived in Morocco, and, purportedly, only after Rothstein had subsequently sent for Scandiffio [and wired money for the flight]. When Scandiffio was in Morocco, he has admitted that he interacted with Uncle Bill. Should he not have also had some type of interaction with Ahnich Khalid? Khalid talks about the many places that he went with Rothstein. What are the odds that Scandiffio never accompanied Rothstein anywhere when he had left the country to work as a bodyguard for Rothstein? While the talk is about Morocco, is it not possible that Rothstein, or any person traveling with him, or Rothstein together with one or more of these traveling companions left Morocco to sojourn for a time in another country?

In the article about this bodyguard, he told Bob Norman that he was being treated for cancer at Jackson Memorial Hospital. He said that he worked for Rothstein as a courier. Several of the people commenting on this Blog have said that the computers from Rothstein’s office, containing critical information, had been removed [prior to IRS-CID or members from Justice arriving to do their job] by the driver, but no one has identified the driver. A disbarred D.C. lawyer has been accused of depositing $2.4 million in counterfeit checks at Washington-area banks.

Howard R. Shmuckler allegedly deposited the checks between April and October 2005, according to court documents unsealed in D.C.'s federal court charging him with bank fraud.

The FBI says Shmuckler spent six months in 2005 passing counterfeit checks to area banks. According to an affidavit, Shmuckler deposited 11 checks supposedly written to him from various companies like California software giant Oracle USA, Inc. and the National Bank of Canada. The checks were returned by the companies as fakes, the affidavit said.

Calls to Shmuckler's attorney were not immediately returned.

Shmuckler is best known in the Washington region for allegedly running an illegal mortgage modification program.

In December, the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation issued a cease-and-desist order to the Vienna-based Shmuckler Group. The order accused Shmuckler and two other men of collecting more than $1.2 million in fees on a promise that was never kept of helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. The department says they charged 372 Maryland homeowners an average of $3,440, but only obtained loan modifications for about 25 percent of their clients. They then refused to provide refunds.

Shmuckler has a criminal history dating back to 1996, when he pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud after he hid a Jaguar convertible and other assets from creditors.

Following his conviction, he was banned from practicing law in California, but it took another decade for the case to catch up to him in D.C..

Shmuckler joined the D.C. bar in 1985, but was placed on administrative suspension from 1987 to 2004 because he wasn't keeping up with his dues, D.C. bar records show. In 2004, he paid what he owed and was reinstated without informing the bar board of his California legal problems.

When the criminal conviction came to the bar's attention in 2007, Shmuckler was suspended and then disbarred in July 2009 for committing a crime that involve moral turpitude, the bar board wrote in its decision.

Shmuckler was arrested on bank fraud charges on Feb. 19 and released on personal recognizance.

At first I wanted to give Bob the benefit of the doubt, but upon reflection, his breach of ethics is too great to tolerate and I will now lay out the case for why Bob Norman needs to resign /be removed/ be replaced from the Daily Pulp.

The evidence is clear by now that Bob was being paid off by Bill Scherer. Given the choice to stick with Scherer or with Bob, Lyn Evans chose Scherer. I think that speaks volume as to where her loyalties lie. Whether it was a direct payoff in the form of Lyn Evans bringing more than just information i.e bundles of cash or an indirect payoff whereby Bob was getting use of Lyn based on Attorney Scherer’s paying her really is irrelevant and might just be something for the authorities to investigate. The former might be criminal, the latter a major breach of any kind of journalistic standard but either way, all of Bob’s reporting on Rothstein is tainted. How is Bob’s reporting tainted one might wonder? Scherer is just a lawyer who happens to have a sleazy reputation who is representing one investor who lost money in the Rothstein scam. What is the harm in him unduly influencing Bob? Bob argues that he has gone after Scherer on other cases which shows he is not on the take from Scherer. However, he has NOT gone after Scherer in one very BIG, important case and that’s the Scott Rothstein fraud. Scherer is not just any lawyer in this case but a central figure in the Rothstein case and in fact Chairman of the creditors committee. Surely Bob knows this, doesn’t he? The following lays out the evidence of how badly Bob’s reporting has been tainted and also illustrates how deeply Norman has been corrupted by Bill Scherer.

Exhibit A- There is a great money grab going on by fleeced and allegedly fleeced investors which in effect pits all investors against eachother. Scherer knows this and his modus operandi has been to sue whoever he can and discredit all other investors he is not representing. Bob gets paid off and starts digging up dirt on every investor…nothing really wrong there… that is what Bob does well but there’s one problem. One name is missing from Bob’s hit list and his name is Doug Von Allmen. You don’t get where Von Allmen is in life without stepping on a few toes and making some mistakes. Yet, Bob is silent on Von Allmen. Why? I think it’s pretty clear it’s because Bob was on the take from Scherer. Incidentally, even the whale George Levin has been getting off somewhat lightly recently based on his central role on funding the scam. Sure there were one or two hammering blogs earlier but recently, George has gotten sort of kid gloves compared to what you would expect for the whale. That’s because Levin is not a threat to Scherer anymore in recovering any money because Levin is so deep into this thing he is not recovering any money for himself but is going to have to give any money recovered to investors who invested in his fund or lent money to his Banyon entity. Bob has gone after those who have lent money and invested in Banyon entities and uncovered dirt on many of them but not one prominent funder who funded Banyon for a reported 100 million. Doug Von Allmen, the man whose lawyer Bob is on the take from.

Exhibit B- Ths Szafranski case against Scherer. Szafranski’s case against Scherer related to the fact that Szafranski interviewed Scherer as a potential lawyer and thought he had an attorney client privileged relationship with him. Scherer took the information Szafranski provided to him and used it to sue him. Mike Szafranski hardly deserves sympathy in this case. His emails to Rothstein, while perhaps taken out of context, still look awfully bad. However, as a progressive person in a progressive country, I know that everyone deserves attorney client privilege. It is the absolute bedrock of our system. Speak to anyone in the legal community and they will tell you that only in South Florida where there is no rule of law does that complaint get dismissed. Bob normally goes after everyone with equal vigor. He could still have kept hammering Szafranski while still going after Scherer for his corruption on this one issue. The judge’s ridiculous verdict could have been equal fodder. However, Bob did not go after Scherer or the judge for their obvious corruption. Why? Well, it’s because as we now know Bob was on the take from Scherer.

Exhibit C- Scherer’s own ties to Rothstein. These ties have not been explored one iota. When Rothstein was riding high what were the interactions between the two? Is this not a juicy topic? Did the Chairman of the creditors committee do business with Rothstein? This would seem to be ripe ground for Bob to explore but alas, there was no investigation done. Could the Scherer payoffs have had something to do with it?

Bob, I’m sorry but it is time for you to go back, reflect, and try to learn from this experience as to how you can improve as a person and as a journalist. Only then might you deserve a second chance. This is not one you get to just apologize for "perception" of wrongdoing. Hopefully New Times can find a replacement who can go after corruption with the same vigor this blog has become accustomed to but someone who is not tainted by fraud and corruption in the manner that Bob Norman obviously is. Bob, do yourself a favor and resign..otherwise the folks at New Times should make the decision for you. I know a lot of you have strong feelings for Bob and I have my own mixed emotions but the time has come for him to go.

I completely disagree. Pulp is human. I was a loud voice in criticizing the hiring of Lyn. I do think Pulps motives were pure. Get an insider to help do report on the story. The problem is as with every insider they often have an agenda.

Pulp has proven his dedication to fighting corruption. He has sources that provide him info. We know that Scherer, Lyn and Sheila Alu are sources. It is the source's opponents who want to silence him. Perhaps those who have articles written about them, but either way the ones who want Pulp silenced have an agenda.

If I thought your arguement was true, I'd say so. I just don't buy the premis. I believe Pulp would hammer Lyn, Scherer, or Alu when given an opportunity. Even with a friendly relashionship, I think he would hammer them if they crossed the line.

I just disagree. That is a pretty outragous claim (to say pulp was bribed to slant stories) without any evidence. I don't know what NT was paying Lyn but she is being overpaid to work for Scherer. Its an easy decision for her to make. I do think her motives are less than honorable but that doesn't equal pulp is on the take.

When my friend moved to Broward and opened his display store in Griffins' Loft that is when the harrassment really began. Like it was a police sting operation. They sent in women to try and get his attention. The first woman said her parents owned the Polish American club. The second woman was a crop duster in Tallahassee. He passed.
Then it was one of the gay male owners who all of a sudden had a cancer diagnosis. They pushed the original owner of Griffins' Loft out of her own business. One of the owners had the Reiki program at Imperial Point Hospital. After this story broke he's not there anymore. They sent in people for him to treat and then had them file a complaint with the FL medical board. They put him out of business. Then they decided to send people in to take the rest of his money. They had a guy that owned a new age magazine try to get him to advertise, this guy had autistic kids. When my friend left he noticed a county car had been there at this meeting, a white Chrysler 300 with yellow county tags.
Then as my friend took a walk down the beach a family followed him saying your sister has Autistic kids. They follow him everywhere. Then they sent in a woman that worked for Broward Kids to try and get him to get her some antibiotics, she was going to India. She said her Dr was Larry Feldman. He declined. There were other people sent in to do the same from other charities in Broward. If you follow this guys phone records everyone with the exception of 4 people were all sent in.
They tried to make it look like his sister was behind this. SR had sent in a woman to infiltrate him. That's how they got the scoop on his family.

Mr Gillies you should look at every charity these people landed on.
Then look at all the Cancer diagnosis and kidney removal of all this guys friends and anyone that has known him. That tells a better story. They have isolated him completely now for 2 yrs. The police have caused most of his problems since his dad died in 1998. He worked for one of the Steingers business's.
Now they have set up shop in his mothers nursing home and bought their way in there.
Every tenent he had in his building were paid to break things.

It happens that I know some of the Von Allmen employees, both past and present, domestic and marine. In general, they are well liked by their staff and don't make many 'royal' demands. Alone, they eat fairly simple foods and don't surround themselves with syncophants.

The story circulated within the staff is that when Doug and Linda decided to get married, they sold both their current homes and used the profit from one home to place a down payment on a new home and the profit from the other home for Doug to invest.

Doug then made them multi millinaires through his investments and management. That is where the story breaks down for me. I don't know how much money either one brought into the marriage. Or much about either Doug or Linda's history before they got together. Maybe Christy or Pulp could fill in those blanks.

I don't know if Doug is involved in the day to day running of his various businesses but the management of his 'beauty' division is not generally liked.

That is what I know.

Hi everyone. Kim is collecting rent from 7 homes now and paying some bills, and giving the rest to the bankruptcy lawyer. Scott is going crazy in jail and really wants out, but that is just a dream. Roger Stone, the colorful Republican political operative and one-time pal of jailed lawyer Scott Rothstein, has been sent a subpoena for a deposition in the bankruptcy case involving Rothstein's defunct law firm. What will Stone tell the lawyers at the March 17 deposition?

``Anybody stupid enough to give Scott Rothstein -- a man with no financial track record whatsoever -- billions of dollars in investments deserves to lose their money,'' Stone said.

Rothstein faces up to 100 years in prison when sentenced May 6 for orchestrating a $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme.

Attorneys from Berger Singerman, the law firm representing the trustee, will likely ask Stone questions about money he received from the law firm.

Stone had an office in the Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler law firm starting around 2006 because he was part of a Rothstein consulting business. Stone said he was paid $80,000 for political consulting he did for Rothstein, including generating media buzz about Gov. Charlie Crist -- a Rothstein buddy -- being on the shortlist for vice president.

The relationship between Stone and Rothstein soured in part because Rothstein backed both sides in the Broward sheriff's race in 2008.

``You can't be on both sides,'' Stone said.

With the Winter Olympics offically we witnessed the world uniting in peace and harmony as one. Not exactlt correct, Sir. Chaz does both. Chaz was busted using fake names with links to his site. He also does the fake posts with thank you for all your help Chaz. Same crap.

Yes- I know. I happen to find it entertaining to bust a jerk who insults people for posting under fake names, while doing so himself. I like to expose hypocrite losers.

The Today Show just did a segment on Berinie Madoff and a man that Bernie ripped off. The man went on to say that he had military training and was planning to kill Madoff because no one would do anything about him, and he had a family to protect. Madoff operated in 40 nations the report went on to say with over 300 people helping along with some of the largest banks.

I am not sure how you think he's a loser? Deerfield is much different now than then.

I've been a lurker on these blogs ever since the Rothstein scam became big news. It sure has been entertaining!

Having known Bill Brock for a few decades, I have a hard time believing he is not innocent. It's my humble opinion that Rothbag did, indeed, keep Bill out of the loop. Bill has always been a hard working, stand-up guy.

Sorry to write on this particular blog but didn't know how else to get in touch with you. My husband just came back from the corner of Oakland Park Drive and I-95, WHile waiting for the stop light he was approached by a guy in camouflage gear "can you please donate to support our vets, sir" he asked. My husband took a good look at him and recognized the guy. He had worked at our home as a plumber. My husband asked, "are you a veteran?" Oh yes sir, he replied, I served proudly for my country!" He obviously didn't recognize my husband. My husband said "Hello, ______, how have you been?" And then "You didnt serve in the armed services at all!" The guy said "you're right, but I got to make money someway". They tell them to say that to people. I was approached outside of a grocery store and asked the guy the same question and got the same answer "Yes, mam, I am" When the guy was pressed about when and where he served, he started to stammer and just walked away...Is this the Homeless Voice guy behind this scam? How dare they pretend they are vets? is't there a law against this? I think the New Times should investigate this further.
