How many tickets does it cost for the good rides at the Ex? I've never been to the Ex before, and I'm going today, and I was thinking of just getting tickets for the rides instead of the all day thing because I don't want to spend 50 bucks just to get in and go on rides. But it's not one ticket per ride, right? How many tickets does each ride cost? What ride charges the most tickets?
Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale is a world class institution. They offer a variety of different events and their exhibitions are outstanding. Their studio school is incredible for both adults and children. The Free Third Thursdays are a lot of fun.
Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale is by far the best musuem! There programming does not compare to anyone else's. Norman Rockwell, Edward Steichen, Pearl and Stanley Goodmans Latin American Collection, With You I want to Live...need I say more! The Free 3rd Thursdays are great also!
I love the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale, they have their Free Third Thursdays event which allow you to see current art collections and combine great music and a festive atmosphere all at the same time. Their exhibitions are always fantastic and every time I go I see something new!
The South Florida Science Museum is an amazing place for the whole family. There are tons of things to see and do! We have a membership, and it is awesome - free admission, free planetarium shows, free mini-golf, discounts on summer camp, need I say more!
The Norton Museum is the best
We love the South Florida Science Museum for kids.
The concept of Bonnet House exceeds the physical treasure that we all support. For the last 25 years the Volunteer Tour Guides and the small staff have created an oasis of pleasure totally secluded on A-1-A just south of Sunrise Boulevard. Go see it for yourself!!
Flagler Museum for history, Norton for art.
Bonnet House is so peaceful and beautiful. I feel the love that was in this home.
okay Bonnet House will win, but the Antique Car Museum across from Broward General Hospital is pretty cool...
Bonnet House Museum and Gardens is a luxurious, beautifully natural, golden nugget nestled inside Broward. It is well worth a visit! The Staff and volunteers offer a very warm welcome! The grounds are spotless! The Shell House is unforgettable! The is the perfect place to stir ideas for writers, artists, musicians, or anyone who needs to simply relax! A must see!
From an artist eye, the Bonnet House has it all. Mystery, history, sight lines, color, fauna, feathers and fur, quite a place! A true rising star.

I have lived in Ft. Lauderdale for the last ten years and always wondered about the house behind the fence on A1A. Finally took time to discover this tranquil spot among the big hotels and Condos.
The stories of the families that lived in the Bonnet House and their love of Florida as told by the guides brings life back to the museum. A rare gem in an urban setting. A must do activity for both tourists and locals!!
Bonnet House is the best find ever. The art is superb and the monkeys on the property are fantastic. The fact that such a place exists in the middle of
modern hustle and bustle is truly incredible.
I vote for Bonnet House! It is a beautiful historic house, decorated with shells, wall art and fauxpainting, interior and exterior, paintings by both owners, artists in their own right, and historic grounds with rare, unusual, indigenous plants and trees.
The Museum of Discovery and Science is by far one of the best Museums in the area. They have great exhibits, educational IMAX films, beautiful and well maintained animal and aquarium exhibits, as well as live science shows. This place is exceptional for kids, adults, and families!
Bonnet House the best!!!!
Bonnet House gets my vote. I've been twice and was enchanted both times. Great docents, extraordinary gardens... monkeys, parrots, and magic abound.
Seldom do you experience the warmth, charm, and feeling of those who lived in such a family of artists' museum home. It is unique and well preserved
I'm a history buff, so Bonnet House was truly an archeological find right in the city of Fort Lauderdale. And I mean archeological in its truest sense. Besides the beautiful yellow and blue 1920s house set among fantastically landscaped gardens and natural mangrove ponds, the knowledgeable guides explain that the area had been occupied thousands of years ago by the Tequesta Indians. Artifacts have been found to substantiate this. Also, the Spanish Conquistadores camped in the area which bear their artifacts too. It was an extraordinary and totally enjoyable experience. Run, don't walk, to the Bonnet House.
The Museum of Discovery and Science is the best place for kids, by far, in the South Florida area. They have tons of aquariums, reptiles, bugs, and other critters, rides, awesome exhibits, and the staff is well educated, and very kid-friendly.
The Museum of Discovery & Science is a blast. Great for both kids and adults. Top off your day with an IMAX film.
Something for everyone! So few places where you can enjoy Old Florida, where concrete has not replaced nature. An outstanding home and an outstanding family story combined with natural gardens, provide an outstanding visit.
The Bonnet House is a Ft. Lauderdale treasure.
Bonnet House Museum and Gardens - an eclectic collection of the unique - simply something for everyone. A Not To Be Missed experience in Ft. Lauderdale.
Bonnet House is an unspoiled oasis in the concrete jungle of Ft. Lauderdale beach. A charming surprise of a blue and yellow 20's house sits amid 35 acres of natural South Florida wildlife -- both animal and vegetable. Tours are available for the house and/or the grounds, or you may opt for a self-guided walking tour.
A heavenly escape.
Bonnet House. Surprising. Romantic. Quirky. Captivating. Go once and you'll want to go often.
Bonnet House is at the same time beautiful and quirky--an unexpected but lovely surprise.
Have you wondered what lies behind the tall pines on the west side of A1A just south of Sunrise Blvd in Fort Lauderdale? Well it is one of Fort Lauderdale's best kept secrets but one that is becoming less of a secret everyday as hundreds of visitors from all over the US and other countries take the time to take a look.
The Bonnet House is a place unlike any other. It is a step back in time and an inside look at how two American artists spent their winters here in Florida. The home is as they lived it, the 35 acre grounds is as they left it. Visit it and you will give it your vote as the best museum in Broward County.
A very special place I visited and decided to stay for 8 years and counting. All of old Florida is represented here and I appreciate the excitement of visitors from all over the world discovering that Bonnet House has been protected and preserved.
I vote for Bonnet House. Martha Stewart loved it , also.
Bonnet House tours make the visit an outstanding experience and provide a glimpse into the lives of the rich and famous of the 20's and 30's.
Bonnet House Museum & Gardens is the best kept secret in Fort Lauderdale - what a treasure!!
