The Bristol County district attorney says that the case is still active, setting Morin's pretrial hearing for December 8. The Deerfield Beach man's corpse was dropped off at a local hospital hours after his death by Nelson Melo, who is being held on $50,000 cash bond for witness intimidation in connection with the case.
