Robbery at Fort Lauderdale Bank of America; Suspect Arrested

The Bank of America at Davie Boulevard and SW 31st Ave in Fort Lauderdale.

The Fort Lauderdale Police Department just issued a news release saying that someone tried to rob the Bank of America at 3030 Davie Boulevard, near with intersection with SW 31st Ave.

That's the bank pictured above, as seen from SW 31st. Police spokesman Sgt. Frank Sousa says that a suspect is in custody and that the FBI is handling the case.
