Consumers have filed more than 3,000 complaints about the one-year-old dietary supplement company with the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida.Brian Weiss, VP of FWM, gave an interview to Business Week, but it looks like he's given up that practice. He refused comment to the Times.
The business watchdog group gave FWM Laboratories its lowest rating, an F, for failing to respond to complaints, "grossly misleading" advertising and fraudulent business practices.
