And he really wanted to be back here, as evidenced by the $7 million paycut he took to return to the Dolphins. He'll make $1.1 million in his one-year contract.
His official web site is covered in Redskin decor, but to Dolphin fans, he never left...except that season the Dolphins went from 1-15 to the playoffs in one year.
It will be interesting to see how Taylor and Ricky Williams reunite...again. Taylor of course famously mocked Williams after the running back retired from the NFL a few years ago (but before he returned).
