• Thomas- You write a posting based on an assumption? I guess professional standards really have gone by the wayside.

• Perry, I think my mistake was assuming that a defendant who was predicting the case would be dismissed had already filed a motion to dismiss. Silly me. Guess that's what I get for reading the Dispatch.

• Thomas- The motion to dismiss was not denied. It wasn't even filed until Wednesday. The SAO now has time to file a response and THEN the judge will rule. Who does your research? Chaz Stevens?
