Manny's Place.jpg
This past weekend, the Los Angeles Times landed the first interview with All-Star slugger Manny Ramirez, currently enjoying his status as the most sought-after free agent in baseball. Ramirez is training in Pensacola Beach while his superagent Scott Boras handles the negotiations with the Giants and Dodgers. In the meantime, Ramirez is homesick for the $3.4 million pad in Weston pictured above. He's so distraught, apparently, that he's taking it out on the wait staff of Flounder's Chowder House, where a server got what she described as a "mediocre" tip: $5 on a $40 to $50 bill.

Manny feels your pain, Tosha Fraley. He recently was offered only $25 million to play baseball for six months in a Dodgers uniform. Obviously, he rejected this mediocre offer on principle.
