• Hello Joyce, This is my first ever contact with you. I was recently at Tea party event twice and I met great people there and some of them recommended to get in touch with you. They said you are great and fight for the justice no matter who is involved. You are brave and no one can intimidate you. These are the comments I heard about you. My name is Ash Israni and I was working for the Broward County government since March 2004. I was forcibly kept down at part time position for two and half years even though my test score was 100 out of 100 and high nineties. The reason being; I refused to sign the petition by my supervisors to legalize gay marriages in Florida in 2004. Men and women with traditional family values were expected by gays/lesbians management & staff to conform to certain behavior by wearing some colors on certain days and adopting some mannerism. This was expected to show solidarity with majority gays and lesbians in that division. Some men and women with traditional family values complied and five of us refused. I continued to email to county about this problem and finally I met county administrator and commission in Nov 27, 2006. Commission found enough evidence in my complaint and finally moved me to another division with promotion long overdue for two years. I started in new division in Jan 2007. My immediate gay supervisor and his friend self-proclaimed butch made my life miserable since they had come to find out about my emails since 2004 I had written to county and my refusal to sign the petition to legalize gay marriages in FL. They along with others came to me again to sign the petition and I refused. I was threatened with termination by my supervisor which I reported in email to county administrator on Feb 22, 2009. This is reverse discrimination by gays/lesbians against family men and women with traditional values. I do not support discrimination of any kind, reverse or not. I am not prejudiced against gays and lesbians at all. Finally I was terminated in absense on May 18, 2009 while away on approved leave. My unemployment was denied and all benefits including retirement were confiscated. Very few attorneys willing to take the case demanded huge retainer which was an issue for me. Joyce, I have come to you with hope in this moment of despair that you will be able to get me the justice and do the intervention for me. I will be extremely thank ful to you and I will gave away all my winnings to any cause you support. I will just keep the lost wages and the job until I find compatible job. • Joyce Kaufman is another right-wing tool who recites Republican talking points and spews what the right-mind conservative dittoheads want to hear. I tried calling Joyce's show to debate and discuss the fact that thousands of Americans traveled to Washington on Saturday - many of whom could not really afford the trip - to protect our "freedom" and fight against health care reform. I comment that this was sheer lunacy and if these people couldn't really afford the trip, perhaps they should have traveled to Canada where they could at least afford health care. I was polite. Joyce responded by calling me a moron, an idiot, stupid, a bunch of other things and said I was brain dead from the neck up. This is what generates ratings, I realize, but at least have respect for those who challenge you and wish to actually debate something. The thing is, Joyce can't. She is an old hag who has one act and it's all about the mighty Arbitron numbers. She should actually listen to the drivel she spews and think again about the "freedom" we so preciously want. How about the freedom to debate an issue freely without being squelched by the Rushbo broadcasters of the world? I miss Stephanie Miller.
