Grand Old Puny: Republicans Feeling Blue

Not that it matters for another 22 months, but a recent in-depth state-by-state analysis of party affiliation by Gallup says Florida "leans Democrat." The study included more than 18,000 interviews with Floridians and ultimately says that since 2002, the country has gone from mostly Republican to mostly Democrat. In fact, according to the latest numbers, only four states (Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, and Alaska) have "solid Republican" strongholds.

In other news, Ronald Reagan's corpse just voted for Obama.
