• Hey Pulp - I emailed Snipes 3 times over the last few weeks, called her office and left 3 messages - NO RESPONSE ON WHY THE ADDED INSTRUCTION WAS IN ONE LANGUAGE OR HOW IT COULD BE REMEDIED.... I then e-mailed the Sun-Sentinel and received a response from Scott Wyman indicating - he would inquired...guess what (never heard from again)...... What do you have to do to get an answer, a correction or even an acknowledgement that they have a problem? This is just another election malfunction that shows how inept Broward County SOE is!

• I have a friend who works for USPS and has been waiting for 4 years now to toss out every Democratic absentee ballot that comes his way. Wow, talk about paranonia!! Don't fret. You have guys on your side like that early-voting guru Al Gore.

• Snother screw up for Snipes in the absentee ballots! Ballots are presented to voters in three languages � English, Spanish and Creole as has been determined to be correct to address our diverse population � especially in south Florida. This ballot is four pages (back and front) presented in all three languages. When opening my absentee ballot to vote, I found another unnecessary screw up from the SOE. As you are aware, the race between Pedro DiJols and Marty Anne Levey was contested and later ruled on by the court. The SOE had printed ballots due to the time necessary to get them out and it then contained an incorrect candidate based on the court ruling. To address the issue, the ballot arrived with a half page of orange paper printed with the following information: ATTENTION VOTER A CANDIDATE IN THE RACE FOR CIRCUIT JUDGE, 17TH CIRCUIT, GROUP 3, HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE BALLOT BY COURT ORDER DATED SEPTEMBER 24, 2008. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT: A vote cast for Bernard Issac "Bernie" Bober will counted for Bernard Isaac "Bernie" Bober. A vote cast for Pedro E. Dijols will be counted for Mardi Anne Levey. OF VERY IMPORTANT NOTE IS THAT THIS INSTRUCTION INCLUDED A FINAL NOTICE TO AN ALREADY DISFUNCTIONS BALLOT ONLY IN ENGLISH - NOT THE OTHER 2 LANGUAGES � HOW ARE THE OTHER TO KNOW OF THE CHANGE? ANOTHER SNAFU ON THE PART OF THE SOE. This race has been contested before and this sure looks like an opportunity to do it again
