If you're bored, this bit of good clean class warfare will eat up about three minutes of your life. Spoofs a fundraiser for high rollers held for state reps Ellyn Bogdanoff and Adam Hasner this past Monday at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. I smiled a couple of times.

Bogdanoff will win easily -- for the same reason the voters in her district wouldn't be caught dead shopping at K Mart.

While Bogdanoff's district does include a lot of tony beachfront property, the district does go inland a bit, especially in Dania and north of Wilton Manors, including quite a few residential areas in which shopping at KMart is not a faux pas, but a way of life. It's just that these areas don't come close to making up for the aforementioned beachfront condos, and so the condo owners routinely thrash the would-be choice of single-family homes further west, also accounting for the approximately 10-percent advantage the GOP has in this district in an otherwise deeply blue area. (Indeed, Bogdanoff's district is totally surrounded by Democratic districts -- specifically, 92, 93 and 100 -- except for a tiny stretch in the north in which her district borders Hasner's.)
In any case, you're dead-on as far as the humor found in the video, but hey, give'em credit for trying.
