• Jim: You ask the question about Bill Nelson and why he has not helped the Democratic Party, Congressional candidates of those for Statewide office and I have an anwer for you. Mr. Nelson is the same sort of democrat as Mr. Nagle, the crazy mayor of Fort Lauderdale is. They are both life long card carrying Dems, and that is true. But in the distant past, pre-Reagan 80s, you find them in the group of Dems called Dixiecrats. They were the ultra-conservative group that were not real Dems, but because the South lost the War and never forgave Lincoln's Republican Party, they always voted DEM. Basically both of these guys are Dems in name only, for the most part they are members of the GOP-(Greedy old Pervert I stole this from Ed Schultz) in actualy factc. There is no way that Bill wants to support the DEMS cause he ain't one. I personally hope that in 6 years the Dems can find a real democrat to beat Bill Nelson in his next primary and get rid of him, as the people in Mass have done with Lieberman, another Dem who is not a Dem and has been shown the door.
