Wellington Man Dies in Car Accident, One Day Before 21st Birthday

The Palm Beach Sheriff's Office has just released the name of the man who was killed this morning in a one-vehicle accident on Perimeter Road in West Palm Beach. His name is Kyle Reese Chiet, a 20-year-old from Wellington who would have turned 21 tomorrow.
According to the incident report, Chiet was driving a 1990 Nissan west in the center lane of Southern Boulevard near Congress Road, at around 9:45 this morning.
For reasons that are unclear, Chiet's Nissan veered right, crossing over two lanes on Southern, then hitting a curb and skidding across Perimeter Road where the car's driver side struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
