The victim, Michael Frank, had gone to the area to purchase cocaine from Cruz. After Frank's friend got the drugs, the friend punched Cruz in the face and attempted to flee the area. As he tried to get away Cruz approached the car and shot Frank, who was sitting in the front passenger seat.Full release is here.

Michael Frank was sitting in the passenger seat of a car, approached by the this killer and this is horrible you say he purchased cocain!!!!!!!
He is the vitim!!! had no cocain on him or in his system. He had no Idea what was going on and his name is slandered involving a drug deal because why????????? the hommicide information is not even allowed to be released so why do you think is it ok to add your stroy of an alleged drug deal????? you will pay when you die for your words... and you confess to GOd you had no right to write such words..... Let God be the judge and jury! you know nothing
