A real bong hit or just a prop?

​One thing is for sure: Vanilla Ice had an epic weekend at the Gathering of the Juggalos earlier this month. The yearly event put on by the Insane Clown Posse and its family of associated Ninjas was such a hot ticket that even Charlie Sheen showed up.

For some reason, the focus shifted sharply to the Iceman supposedly hitting a five-foot bong during his performance. Although singling out a guy smoking pot at a Juggalo event is like getting mad every time Lady Gaga says the word "monsters," TMZ had a field day with the photos. All a good laugh until Robert Van Winkle -- who is definitely guilty of licensing "Ice Ice Baby" for some weird commercials -- caught wind of this ganja smoke getting blown up his fans' behinds.

​It's no secret that over here at New Times, we love hearing about the latest business ventures of Vanilla Ice, AKA Rob Van Winkle. Whether it's a reality show, a real estate website, or a hotel promo, we just can't get enough. ​It's already apparent that Vanilla Ice is a bit of a pro at getting on TV. Even if you didn't catch his recent arc on Dancing on Ice over in the U.K., we've made it quite apparent that The Vanilla Ice Project is excellent viewing for anyone trying to be a real estate maven like the Iceman.

Another key to the Robert Van Winkle way of life is courtesy of the Florida Keys. For tonight's episode of Man v. Food Nation, the rapper and show host Adam Richman converge on Key West to dig into some Key lime pie.
