You love the Jiggaman, but do you really know all about his greatness?

There are so many facets to Mr. Shawn Carter -- loving father, attentive husband, chart-topping rapper, business, man. And thanks to his all-angles hustle, Hova's latest album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, was certified platinum before it even came out. Not bad for a boy who used to sell crack in Brooklyn, right?

Here are five more things you might not know about Jay Z.

He Went to High School with the Notorious B.I.G.
On the 1996 track "Brooklyn's Finest," Jay and Biggie famously waged a friendly rap battle, but their connection runs a lot deeper than just sharing a few songs and the BKNY streets. In fact, when young Shawn Carter's original high school shut down, he began attending George Westinghouse Career and Technical Education High School, along with B.I.G. and Busta Rhymes.

In the halls, Carter was called "Jazzy," an homage to his mentor, rapper Jaz-O. Later, when it was time to take center stage, he modified the nickname to Jay-Z. But remember, as of this year, it's no longer hyphenated.
