"Gangnam Style" singer and current world record holder for the most-watched video on Youtube, PSY, opened up about his dream dance collaboration earlier today at a press event in Bangkok, Thailand.

"Tom Cruise!" the viral South Korean sensation replied when asked which celebrity he'd like to see do the "Gangnam Style" dance, the Associated Press reports (via San Francisco Chronicle).

Sniff. Sniff.

Do we smell a Tom Cruise cameo cooking up at the BB&T Center for the Y100 Jingle Ball next month?

That'd be really rad.

The annual pop music jamboree's is only 10 days away, and all we've ever wanted for Christmas is Tom Cruise riding an air horse just like PSY does in the video!

Speaking of "Gangnam Style," PSY's stoked about the video's record-breaking 838 million--and counting--YouTube views.

"It's amazing," PSY told reporters. "I made this video just for Korea, actually. And when I released this song--wow!"

Wow is right.

"Gangnam Style" has become the hottest Korean export since Hyundai began selling the Excel in the United States circa 1986. And PSY is sitting high atop of the K-Pop crossover food chain, enjoying the perks of becoming an overnight superstar like performing alongside MC Hammer at the American Music Awards, and dancing next to Madonna at a recent New York City show.

The pressure to follow-up "Gangnam Style" is lofty, and PSY's not sure how he'll do it.

"How can I beat 'Gangnam Style'? How can I beat 850 million views?"

Like Marco Rubio's political career, it's one of life's great mysteries. PSY may never live up the "Gangnam Style" bar he set so high. But a Tom Cruise collaboration would almost certainly generate web hits.

Y100's Jingle Ball 2012, hosted by Justin Bieber with PSY, Flo Rida, Enrique Iglesias, and others, Saturday, December 8, 6:45 p.m., BB&T Center, One Panther Parkway, Sunrise. Tickets, from $45 to $169 plus fees, are on sale now. Visit ticketmaster.com.
